The four pillars of health include Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. The program shows us that small changes and practical solutions can have big effects on our family's health and behavior. Participants receive a comprehensive workbook and learn new ideas through hands-on activities, practical interaction and expert instruction.
Start Wellness has six, 1- hour interactive sessions that cover topics from all four pillars of health. Topics covered in the class include Traffic Light Eating, the importance of water and label reading.
